This was my first stay at this hotel. Excellent room and front desk and only problem was transportation from the Songgang metro station to the hotel and vice versa. The non taxi driver tried to charge me 40rmb for driving me 8 kilometers. I went to the hotel front desk and with the managers assistance I ended up paying 20 rmb. The hotel was kind enough to handle my return to the metro station and drove me there by car for 16 rmb. The staff at the hotel were very cooperative and helpful. 房间干净度可以，原先住的房网络不行给换了房，服务还不错，就是从行政大房变成标房就感觉不太好！
